The data controller is Iñigo Collado, tax ID 44674559A, registered at Calle Prado, 01005 Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), Spain. You can reach us at privacy@theaijudge.com about anything concerning your data.
To produce a verdict, your question is sent to the AI models that make up the jury. This is unavoidable: without sending it, there is no answer.
If you don't turn on history, we store neither your question nor the verdict. They are processed and discarded. What remains is the accounting entry for the charge, which holds the amount but not what you asked.
We do not use your questions to train models, we do not sell them, and we do not share them beyond what is strictly needed to generate the answer.
Some of these providers are in the United States, so there may be international transfers of data, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by adequacy decisions.
You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Account. This removes your profile, your history and your wallet. Note that any remaining balance is lost and the action cannot be undone.
You may access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, restrict and port your data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@theaijudge.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or to your local supervisory authority.
