Who processes your data

privacy@theaijudge.com about anything concerning your data.
What we process and why
- Your account — email address and user ID. If you sign in with Google or
Apple, we receive your email from them. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Your wallet — balance and movements (welcome credit, charges per verdict,
top-ups). We never store your card details. Legal basis: performance of the contract and,
for invoicing, legal obligation.
- Your questions and verdicts — only if you turn on history,
which is off by default. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any
time under Settings → Privacy and data.
- Waiting list — if you left us your email before launch, we use it only to
let you know. Legal basis: your consent.
What happens to what you ask
To produce a verdict, your question is sent to the AI models that make up the jury. This is
unavoidable: without sending it, there is no answer.
If you don't turn on history, we store neither your question nor the verdict.
They are processed and discarded. What remains is the accounting entry for the charge, which
holds the amount but not what you asked.
We do not use your questions to train models, we do not sell them, and we do not share them
beyond what is strictly needed to generate the answer.
Who we share data with
- Google Cloud and Firebase — hosting, database and user authentication.
- OpenRouter and, through it, the providers of the jury models (OpenAI,
Google, Anthropic, xAI, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI, Z.ai, MiniMax and Alibaba/Qwen) — to generate
verdicts. We send them the text of your question and any files you attach (images, PDF, Word
or Excel), and nothing else: not your email, your user ID or your location. They process the
data on our behalf under contract, with protection equivalent to our own — they may not use
your questions to train their models or for any purpose of their own, and must retain them
only for as long as it takes to produce the answer. Our OpenRouter configuration excludes
providers that do not accept those terms. The first time you ask a question we request your
explicit permission before sending anything, and you can withdraw it at any time in
Settings → Privacy and data.
- Stripe — to process payments. Stripe receives your email and payment
details directly; we never see your card.
- Cloudflare — to serve the website and the app.
Some of these providers are in the United States, so there may be
international transfers of data, covered by the European Commission's standard
contractual clauses or by adequacy decisions.
How long we keep it
- Account and wallet: while your account is open.
- History: until you delete it or turn the setting off.
- Invoicing: for as long as tax and commercial law requires, even if you
delete your account.
- Waiting list: until you unsubscribe or we launch.
You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Account. This removes
your profile, your history and your wallet. Note that
any remaining balance is lost and the action cannot be undone.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, restrict and port your data. You
may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before
the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@theaijudge.com. If you believe we have not
handled your request properly, you may complain to the
Spanish Data Protection Agency or to your local
supervisory authority.
Cookies and storage
We use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies. We do use your browser's storage to keep
you signed in and remember your theme preference: without it, you would have to sign in on every
page.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change matters, tell you
by email.
