These terms govern the use of The Judge, owned by Iñigo Collado (tax ID 44674559A, registered at Calle Prado, 01005 Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), Spain, contact privacy@theaijudge.com).
By creating an account you accept these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy. You must be of legal age.
The Judge runs on a prepaid wallet, like an electricity bill: you pay for what you use.
Top-up amounts are shown in euros excluding tax. VAT for your country of residence is added at checkout, and you see the exact total before confirming. The credit added to your wallet is the amount you chose, without the tax.
Top-ups are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Credit is added to your wallet once payment is confirmed; if payment fails or is cancelled, you are not charged and your balance is unchanged.
If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from a top-up to withdraw, under Spanish consumer protection law.
Because the service is delivered immediately and in consumable units, we apply this rule: we refund the balance you have not spent from that top-up. The part already spent on verdicts corresponds to a service actually provided, with your express consent each time you submitted a question, and is not refundable.
To withdraw, simply tell us at privacy@theaijudge.com. We will refund the relevant amount using the same payment method, at no cost to you.
We work to keep the service available, but it depends on external AI providers. There may be outages, maintenance or temporary usage limits. If a verdict is not produced, you are not charged.
Verdicts are indicative and may contain errors: they are produced by AI models. They do not replace professional advice and should not be your only basis for important decisions. See the legal notice for detail.
You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Account. Doing so removes your profile, your history and your wallet, and any remaining balance is lost. If you would rather recover unspent credit, contact us before deleting the account.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that make fraudulent or abusive use of the service.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email far enough in advance for you to close your account if you disagree.
For any complaint, write to privacy@theaijudge.com. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform.
